You guys are the best blogging buddies! We really hope that we can get together this summer.
I met with Eli's ELL teacher Thursday morning. Eli is doing well. He is getting a significant amount of instruction and support in the class. We are so fortunate to live in the school district that we do... he still gets upset and has periods were he is overwhelmed but given the fact that it has only be 21 days with us I think he is doing great !
These two have certainly bonded. Mia is gaining language skills -so her and Eli get along well. The shows that she watches and the books we read with her are at his level. I think that he is not as intimidated by her attempts at conversation. They love to share noodle cups and jump on the trampoline together.

I'm an ESL teacher so if you need any help, please let me know. Hopefully some of the flashcards can help him with some basic English vocabulary. I use them with Jensen all the time!!!

We are so happy to hear that Eli is doing well. I am glad that he is getting good support at school! And, that he is bonding with his sibs...to me that is one of the most beautiful things to watch grow. :)
