We had our visit with our social worker yesterday. We have been so pleased with Adoption Associates. Every staff member has been so friendly and genuinely seems to love what they do. Mia was in rare form playing with the kids. She loves to mess with them.
Mia still is not talking. Not one single word or sound. The only thing she rarely says is "da". We are going to have her evaluated in a few weeks. All of Mia's blood work turned out great. She is eating like crazy and has to be gaining weight. We went to Fox Lake's public pool yesterday- Mia had a blast. She played in the water, sat on my lap going down the slide and walked around in the water by herself. It was so fun. Enjoy the picture. It's nice to see her smile so easily.
