On Friday I called our case worker at USCIS/NBC. Part of the adoption process is an I800 form. It is rather confusing and has multiple steps ~ when I spoke with our case worker she reassured me that she would stay and process our form and even faxed me the "Notice of Provisional Approval". This form says that I can travel, adopt and everything is all set here on the American side of things. All we need now is that TA (Travel Approval)...
