Nightmare!

We decided to take a break and run to Waupaca to spend the night at a hotel. We quickly gathered our suits and 1 set of clothes and took off. On the way we realized that we forgot 2 swim suits. (This should have been a clue that this was going to be a bad venture.) Upon arriving at the hotel we were upgraded to a bigger room which was very nice but then we realized we forgot the entire suitcase -after that the real nightmare began. Harrison was given the "OK" to slide down the 50ft winding slide by the lifeguard. Unfortunately the person before him had not cleared the pool. Harrison smacked into that person and immediately developed confusion and amnesia. He was crying, totally confused and couldn't remember anything. No memories of the Zoo, sleeping by a friend, Easter, going to Dave's parents or even the hotel and water park. I took him to the Regional Medical Center and he was diagnosed with a moderate grade 2 concussion. He returned to the hotel and then forgot the trip to the hospital. We went to sleep at 11:00. Only to have to wake him up every hour to check on him. Did I mention that he has a SPLITTING headache? This morning we took the two hour trip home and he is resting. He remembers events from a few days ago but nothing from yesterday. Please pray for his recovery.

We are praying for Harrison's quick recovery. Evan wants to know if Harrision still remembers him. He is worried that he has forgotten who his cousins are. He wanted to call at 9:30 last night just to make sure Harrison still remembers him and to make sure he is okay. :)
